Gansu Energy Chemical announces 2024 annual equity distribution

Gansu Energy Chemical announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual shareholders' meeting on May 20, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.68 (including tax) for every 10 shares held, based on a total share capital of 5,351,807,601 shares. This totals a cash distribution of CNY 363,922,916.87 (including tax). The remaining undistributed profits will be retained for the company's daily operations. The ex-rights and ex-dividend date is set for July 10, 2025, with the share registration date of July 9, 2025. The conversion price of "Neng Hua Convertible Bonds" will be adjusted from CNY 3.00/share to CNY 2.93/share.
