Ganfeng Lithium shareholder pledges and releases shares

Ganfeng Lithium announced that shareholder Wang Xiaoshen has conducted both share pledge and release transactions. Wang Xiaoshen pledged 1,300,000 shares and 407,000 shares due to expire in July 2025. Concurrently, Wang Xiaoshen released several blocks of shares from pledge, including 408,000 shares previously pledged on June 19, 2024, and other blocks released in early July 2025. Following these transactions, Wang Xiaoshen holds 66,090,000 pledged shares, representing 46.72% of their holdings and 3.28% of Ganfeng Lithium's total share capital. The company states these activities do not impact operations or governance, and Wang Xiaoshen has the means to manage any associated risks.
