Chairman of Sunlord Electronics pledges and releases shares

Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics announced that Chairman JinYiu Yuan pledged 1,000,000 shares and released 1,000,000 previously pledged shares. The pledged shares represent 2.07% of his holdings and 0.12% of Sunlord's total share capital. After these transactions, Yuan's pledged shares account for 70.20% of his holdings or 4.21% of Sunlord's total share capital. The pledge is for production and operational funding and the pledge will last until the Shenzhen SME Small Loan Co. terminates the pledge agreement. Yuan currently holds 48,331,957 shares, representing 5.9942% of Sunlord Electronics.
