Cecep Solar Energy adjusts cash dividend and share repurchase price

Cecep Solar Energy (SZSE:000591) has announced adjustments to its 2024 equity distribution plan and share repurchase price, following shareholder approval at the annual general meeting held on May 15, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.559889 per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on a total share capital of 3,918,568,213 shares. For Hong Kong market investors (including QFII and RQFII) and individual/fund investors of pre-IPO shares receiving dividends via Shenzhen Stock Connect, the distribution will be CNY 0.503900 per 10 shares.
