CECEP Environmental announces 2024 annual dividend distribution

CECEP Environmental Protection Equipment (CECEP) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting held on May 20, 2025. Shareholders of record as of July 9, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.60 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares. The total dividend payout, based on the company's total share capital of 3,099,067,016 shares, amounts to CNY 185,944,020.96, bringing the total annual dividend, including the interim dividend, to CNY 371,888,041.92. The ex-dividend date is set for July 10, 2025.
