Beijing VRV Software shareholder partially unwinds pledge

Beijing VRV Software (SZSE:300352) announced that its controlling shareholder, Lin Hao, has released 5,000,000 shares from pledge on July 2, 2025, representing 2.27% of his holdings and 0.34% of the company's total share capital. The pledge was initially made on June 18, 2025, to Zhejiang Mintian Assets Management. Following this release, Lin Hao's total pledged shares amount to 52,310,000, accounting for 23.78% of his holdings and 3.61% of the company's total share capital. Of the shares held by Lin Hao, 164,978,516 are subject to high-level lock-up restrictions.
