Beijing BDStar to cancel repurchased shares; plans cash management

Beijing BDStar Navigation plans to cancel 48,178 of its repurchased A-shares, accounting for 0.0089% of its total share capital, according to a recent announcement. The decision follows the completion of a 2025 employee stock ownership plan where 4,970,000 shares were transferred. This cancellation will reduce the company’s total share capital from 542,959,091 shares to 542,910,913, pending shareholder approval.
