Xuerong Bio: Convertible bond conversion dilutes shareholding

Shanghai Xuerong Bio-Technology (SZSE:300511) announced that its "Xuerong Convertible Bonds" saw 1,908,476 conversions during the second quarter of 2025, resulting in 46,547,122 new shares. This activity decreased the shareholding of the controlling shareholder and its concert parties by an integer multiple of 1%. As of June 30, 2025, there are 1,787,031 "Xuerong Convertible Bonds" remaining, with a total outstanding value of CNY178,703,100. The conversions have diluted the stake of the controlling shareholder, but will not involve any stock sales and will not have a material impact on the company's operations or governance. The current conversion price is CNY4.10 per share, with the conversion period ending June 23, 2026.
