Sichuan Development Dragon Python and Fulin Precision to collaborate

Sichuan Development Dragon Python Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002312) announced that it has entered into a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Fulin Precision Industry Co., Ltd. The agreement outlines a strategic partnership aimed at leveraging both companies' strengths in the new energy materials sector. Key areas of cooperation include equity and capital investments in Fulin Precision's existing positive electrode material business, as well as joint ventures for lithium iron phosphate and precursor projects. The companies plan to establish a joint venture (Fulin 51% and Sichuan Development Dragon Python 49%) to construct a 100,000-ton/year high-density lithium iron phosphate project in Mianzhu, Sichuan. A second joint venture (Sichuan Development Dragon Python 51% and Fulin 49%) will focus on a 100,000-ton/year lithium dihydrogen phosphate precursor project, also in Mianzhu. Fulin Precision's registered capital is CNY 170,976,024.2.
