Meijin Energy: Convertible bond conversion update for Q2 2025

Shanxi Meijin Energy (SZSE:000723) reported on the conversion activity of its "Meijin Convertible Bonds" for the period of April 1, 2025, to the end of the second quarter. During this period, 482 bonds were converted, reducing the convertible bond amount by CNY48,200, and resulting in the issuance of 9,162 new shares. As of the end of the second quarter, the outstanding balance of convertible bonds stood at 27,891,164, representing a remaining amount of CNY2,789,116,400. The conversion price is CNY5.26 per share. The company's total share capital now stands at 4,403,475,944 shares, with 7,231,370 shares subject to selling restrictions. A previous repurchase and cancellation of 27,965,750 restricted shares was completed in April.
