JA Solar announces convertible bond conversion results

JA Solar Technology (SZSE:002459) announced the results of convertible bond conversions for the second quarter of 2025. During the quarter, bondholders converted CN¥10,000 of "晶澳转债" into 260 shares of the company's stock. As of June 30, 2025, a cumulative CN¥1,053,300 of bonds had been converted into 27,164 shares, representing 0.0008% of the company's total share capital before the conversion. The outstanding amount of “晶澳转债” remaining unconverted as of June 30, 2025, is CN¥8,959,254,400, constituting 99.9882% of the total bonds issued. The company's total share capital increased marginally from 3,309,679,284 to 3,309,679,544 shares as a result of the conversion. JA Solar stated that the conversion period for the bonds began on January 24, 2024, and will end on July 17, 2029, with the initial conversion price set at CN¥38.78 per share.
