TongFu Microelectronics releases inaugural ESG report

** TongFu Microelectronics (SZSE:002156) has released its inaugural Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report for 2024, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable development and increased transparency. The report highlights the company's ESG management approach, key performance indicators, and future goals, adhering to GRI standards and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's sustainability reporting guidelines. In 2024, TongFu achieved CNY 23.882 billion in revenue, with a 7.24% year-over-year increase, and reduced carbon emission intensity per revenue by 7.8%. The company conducted over 20,000 employee trainings, which covered 100% of all employees. TongFu also released a list of the board members who approved of and signed the report, affirming the ESG initiatives.
