Windey announces 2024 annual equity distribution

Zhejiang Windey announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting on May 16, 2025. Shareholders of record as of July 7, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.60 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held. The total dividend payout is estimated at CNY 47,215,758.30 (inclusive of tax). For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, QFII, RQFII, and individuals and securities investment funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend will be CNY 0.54 after tax for every 10 shares. The ex-dividend date is set for July 8, 2025.
