Pangang Vanadium Titanium announces board election

Pangang Group Vanadium Titanium & Resources (SZSE:000629) announced its plans to elect a new board of directors. The company's ninth board is expiring, prompting the selection of candidates for the tenth board. The new board will consist of nine directors, including six non-independent directors and three independent directors. Nominees for non-independent directors include Ma Zhaohui, Wang Shaodong, Xie Zhengmin, Zhu Bo, and Qu Shaoyong. Proposed independent directors are Du Yifei, Deng Bofu, and Fang Hong. A previous incentive program granted Ma Zhaohui 280,000 shares. 220,000 shares were granted to Xie Zhengmin. The election is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting.
