Lens Technology announces H-share offering price range

Lens Technology (SZSE:300433) has announced the preliminary price range for its H-share offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The price range is set between HKD 17.38 and HKD 18.18 per share. The global offering will involve an initial issuance of 262,256,800 H-shares, subject to over-allotment options. A Hong Kong public offering of 28,848,400 shares, representing approximately 11% of the global offering, is planned. The international placement will involve 233,408,400 shares or about 89%. The company has granted an over-allotment option potentially increasing the offering by up to 39,338,400 to 45,239,200 additional H-shares. The Hong Kong public offering is slated to begin on June 30, 2025, and conclude on July 4, 2025, with the final offer price announced on or before July 8, 2025. Trading is expected to commence on July 9, 2025, on the HKEX.
