Gree Electric shareholders approve all resolutions at annual meeting

Gree Electric Appliances (SZSE:000651) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30, 2025. Key resolutions included the approval of the 2024 Annual Report, the Board of Directors' and Supervisory Committee's work reports, the 2024 financial report, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders also approved the proposed remuneration packages for directors, supervisors, and senior management. Additionally, resolutions concerning the estimation of daily related transactions, the engagement of accounting firms, and plans to conduct futures hedging for major materials and foreign exchange derivatives were passed. The meeting was attended by shareholders representing 47.8633% of the company's total voting shares.
