Dongshan Precision: Controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing (SZSE:002384) announced that its controlling shareholders, Yuan Yonggang and Yuan Yongfeng, have pledged a combined 8,741,180 shares. Yuan Yonggang pledged 1,000,000 shares, representing 3.30% of his holdings and 0.55% of the company's total share capital. Separately, Yuan Yonggang pledged 6,047,800 shares, constituting 19.97% of his holdings and 3.30% of the company’s total shares. Yuan Yongfeng pledged 1,693,380 shares, equal to 6.84% of his holdings and 0.92% of the total share capital. Following these transactions, the cumulative pledged shares by the controlling shareholders amount to 23,636,180 shares, representing 38.80% of their holdings and 12.90% of the company's total share capital. The pledges are for the shareholders' own capital needs, with repayment sources including salary, bonuses, and stock dividends. The company stated that the share pledges currently do not pose a risk of forced liquidation or a change in control.
