CMSK reorganizes structure, guarantees subsidiaries amid strategic shift

China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings (CMSK), stock code SZSE:001979, has announced a strategic organizational restructuring alongside guarantees for its subsidiaries, according to a series of filings. A resolution passed at the Fourth Extraordinary Meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors on June 24 approved the company's organizational adjustments. The reorganization includes establishing an asset management department at the headquarters level and restructuring the risk management, legal compliance, and audit departments. CMSK will also eliminate regional companies in Eastern China, Southern China, Western China, Northern China, and the Jiangnan area, centralizing management of city-level subsidiaries under the headquarters.
