Kangtai Bio: Director resigns, employee representative appointed

Shenzhen Kangtai Biological Products (SZSE:300601) announced the resignation of Director Xu Anlong, effective immediately, due to personal reasons. Xu Anlong also relinquished his roles as Vice Chairman and member of the Strategic Committee. The company stated that Xu's departure will not impact the board's functionality. Simultaneously, the board announced the election of Li Guanghui as an employee representative director, effective from June 27, 2025, until the term of the eighth board of directors expires. Li Guanghui, currently head of the equipment engineering center and Deputy General Manager at Beijing Minhai Biotechnology, a wholly-owned subsidiary, meets the qualifications outlined in relevant laws and regulations.
