Dabeinong increases 2025 related-party transaction forecast by CNY 389m

Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group (SZSE:002385) announced an increase to its 2025 forecast for daily related-party transactions, according to a filing released on June 27, 2025. The adjustment, approved by the board on June 26, raises the forecast by CNY 389.33 million, bringing the total expected related-party transaction value to CNY 422.93 million.
