Zhongfu Straits Pingtan approves 2024 resolutions

Zhongfu Straits Pingtan Development (SZSE:000592) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on June 26, 2025. Key approvals included the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board work reports, the 2024 financial statements, the 2024 annual report, and a profit distribution plan. The shareholders also approved the reappointment of the accounting firm and a plan to permanently supplement working capital with excess funds from completed projects. Shareholders holding 345,587,961 shares, representing 17.8896% of the company's total shares, participated in the meeting via on-site and online voting. All resolutions passed with over 99% approval from shareholders.
