Yuexiu Capital announces 2024 dividend distribution plan

Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group (SZSE:000987) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the company's annual general meeting on May 6, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.70 per 10 shares (pre-tax). No bonus shares will be issued, and no share capital will be increased from capital reserves.
