Xinyangfeng invests in new CNY 1.15bn fertilizer project

Xinyangfeng Agricultural Technology (SZSE:000902) announced a CNY 1.15 billion investment in a new fertilizer production project in collaboration with the Huaishang District People's Government of Bengbu City. The project involves the construction of a 1 million-ton per year new-style crop-specific fertilizer facility, including high-tower compound fertilizer, urea-based compound fertilizer, and specialized BB fertilizer production lines. The investment will be allocated towards fixed assets. Construction is slated to begin by the end of 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The company stated the investment aligns with its strategic goals of optimizing product structure and expanding its market presence in Eastern China. The company cautioned that the project is subject to regulatory approvals and market risks.
