Weifu Hi-Tech appoints Xue Liang as deputy general manager

Weifu High-Technology Group (SZSE:000581) announced the appointment of Xue Liang as Deputy General Manager following the Ninth Meeting of the Eleventh Board of Directors held on June 25, 2025. The appointment, which was approved by the board based on the nomination of the General Manager and review by the Nomination Committee, is effective immediately and is subject to a one-year probationary period. Xue Liang, born in July 1981, previously served as Assistant to the General Manager and General Manager of the Automotive Components Division.
