Sieyuan Electric announces 2024 equity distribution details

Sieyuan Electric (SZSE:002028) announced the implementation of its 2024 equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on June 13, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 4.998403 per 10 shares, based on a total share capital of 778,405,282 shares. The equity registration date is set for July 3, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on July 4, 2025. The total cash dividend payout remains fixed at CNY 389,078,391.00. The company has adjusted the exercise price of stock options, previously CNY 45.00, to CNY 44.50 post-distribution.
