Shenzhen Kaifa completes cancellation of stock options

Shenzhen Kaifa Technology (SZSE:000021) announced the completion of the cancellation of certain stock options granted under its 2022 stock option incentive plan. The decision, approved at the company’s tenth board meeting on June 13, 2025, involved the cancellation of stock options from departing employees and those whose performance didn't meet targets. A total of 409.8620 million stock options held by 44 individuals were cancelled. The registration of the cancellation was verified by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch on June 27, 2025. The company stated that the cancellation complies with relevant regulations and does not materially impact its capital structure.
