Shenzhen Batian to release 70.2m restricted shares

Shenzhen Batian Ecotypic Engineering (SZSE:002170) will release 70,224,719 restricted A-shares for trading on July 1, 2025. These shares account for 7.28% of the company's total share capital. The release follows the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission in December 2023 for the company to issue A-shares to specific targets. The eleven specific targets committed to not transferring shares within six months of the issuance date. Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., as the underwriter, has no objection to the lift.
