Rongda Photosensitive increases registered capital, amends charter

Shenzhen Rongda Photosensitive & Technology (SZSE:300576) announced that it will increase its registered capital from CNY365,706,945 to CNY366,367,572, following the completion of share registration related to the first vesting period of its 2024 restricted stock incentive plan. The increase reflects the issuance of 660,627 shares. The company’s board of directors approved amendments to the company’s articles of association to reflect the change in registered capital and total share count. The proposed changes are subject to shareholder approval at the company’s first extraordinary general meeting of 2025.
