Pharmaron shareholders end concerted action agreement

Pharmaron Beijing announced the dissolution of the concerted action relationship between Zheng Bei and employee stock ownership platforms including Xiamen Longtai Dingsheng Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership). The decision, effective June 20, 2025, stems from changes in the general partner and executive partner of the employee stock ownership platforms.
