Muyuan Industrial Group pledged 47,500,000 shares, representing 5.60% of its holdings and 0.87% of Muyuan Foods' total share capital, on June 26, 2025, with a maturity date of June 26, 2026, with the pledgee being China Wealth Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. Simultaneously, 47,500,000 shares previously pledged were released on June 25, 2025. As of the announcement, the total pledged shares by Muyuan Industrial Group amount to 251,378,000 shares, accounting for 8.35% of its holdings and 4.60% of the total share capital of Muyuan Foods. The company states that the shareholder has a good credit profile and the share pledge does not pose significant risks.
