Maxscend Microelectronics actual controller adds to share pledge

Maxscend Microelectronics (SZSE:300782) announced that Feng Chenhui, one of the company's actual controllers, has completed an additional share pledge. Feng Chenhui pledged 410,000 shares, representing 1.04% of his holdings and 0.08% of the company's total share capital. After the pledge, Feng Chenhui's total pledged shares amount to 13,494,500 shares, accounting for 34.19% of his holdings. As of the announcement date, the actual controllers collectively hold 13,494,500 pledged shares. The company stated that the pledge does not involve performance compensation obligations related to major asset restructuring. The pledge was made to China Securities for supplementary financing.
