Luzhou Lao Jiao Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000568) announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. All resolutions were approved, including the 2024 Board of Directors Work Report, the 2024 Supervisory Board Work Report, the 2024 Financial Final Accounts Report, the 2024 Annual Report, the proposal to formulate the "2024-2026 Shareholder Return Plan," the authorization to the Board of Directors to formulate interim dividend plans, the 2024 profit distribution plan, and the reappointment of the accounting firm.
