Kingdomway Group shareholder announces pledge and release of shares

Xiamen Kingdomway Group (SZSE:002626) announced that its controlling shareholder, Xiamen Kingdomway Investment, has completed a share pledge and release. Kingdomway Investment pledged 10,200,000 shares, representing 4.82% of its holdings and 1.67% of the company's total share capital, to China CICC Wealth Securities for financing purposes. This pledge is scheduled to mature on June 20, 2025. Concurrently, Kingdomway Investment released 15,170,000 shares from pledge, representing 7.17% of its holdings and 2.49% of the company’s total share capital. The release was with China CICC Wealth Securities and effective as of June 20, 2025. Following these transactions, Kingdomway Investment’s cumulative pledged shares amount to 87,890,000, accounting for 41.51% of its holdings and 14.41% of Kingdomway Group’s total share capital. The company stated it will continue to monitor the shareholder's pledge status and disclose information in a timely manner.
