Infogem Technologies: Zhang Xuejun becomes largest shareholder amid equity shift

Shenzhen Infogem Technologies (SZSE:300085) announced that Zhang Xuejun has become the company's largest shareholder, holding 81,667,800 shares, representing 11.56% of the total share capital. This change occurred passively as a result of former leading shareholder He Ye reducing equity holdings according to a previously disclosed plan. Between June 3 and June 26, 2025, He Ye divested 21,179,930 shares through centralized trading and block transactions, decreasing holdings from 13.05% to 10.05% of total shares. This shift does not involve changes to Infogem’s business operations, organizational structure, or controlling stakeholders and there will be no impact on the company's current board or management. Zhang Xuejun is committed to acting in accordance with regulations and the company's articles of association while exercising shareholder rights.
