Infogem Technologies: Shareholder He Ye completes 5% stake reduction

Shenzhen Infogem Technologies announced that shareholder He Ye has completed their previously disclosed share reduction plan. Between June 23 and June 26, 2025, He Ye reduced their holdings by a total of 13,141,430 shares, representing 1.86% of the company's total share capital. These transactions were carried out through both centralized bidding and block trading. As a result, He Ye's stake in Infogem Technologies has decreased from 11.91% to 10.05%, a reduction of 1%. The weighted average selling price through centralized bidding was CNY 43.688 per share. Through block trades, the average selling price was CNY 33.103. Following these transactions, He Ye now holds 71,008,470 shares in the company. The company states that the reduction was in accordance with previously disclosed plans and relevant regulations.
