Hisense Home Appliance's shareholder completes 1% stake increase

Hisense Home Appliance Group (SZSE:000921) announced that Qingdao Hisense Communication, a party acting in concert with the controlling shareholder, has completed its shareholding increase plan. Between May 7, 2025, and June 19, 2025, Hisense Communication acquired 13,860,028 shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, representing 1.00% of the company's total share capital. The total consideration for the acquired shares amounted to CNY 376,660,000. Following the increase, the combined shareholding of Qingdao Hisense Air Conditioner and its concert parties has risen from 46.28% to 47.28%. Hisense Communication has committed to not reduce its holdings within the legally stipulated period.
