Hainan Strait Shipping: Director Lin Jian resigns

Hainan Strait Shipping (SZSE: 002320) announced the resignation of Director Lin Jian, effective June 23, 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Lin's resignation is due to work-related reasons. In addition to his director position, Mr. Lin will also relinquish his role on the company's Strategic Committee.
