GoerTek to allow self-exercise of stock options

GoerTek (SZSE:002241) announced that it will allow eligible participants to self-exercise their stock options granted under the reserved portion of its 2023 stock option incentive plan. The first exercise period begins June 27, 2025, and ends June 26, 2026. A total of 905 employees are eligible to exercise options for 6.94275 million shares, representing 0.20% of the company’s total share capital. The exercise price is CNY 17.97 per share. The company has completed the necessary procedures with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch for the self-exercise process. The exercise of all options will not affect the company's listing status.
