GF Securities announces CNY 5.9bn 2024 A-share dividend

GF Securities (SZSE:000776) has announced the implementation of its 2024 A-share profit distribution plan, approved at the shareholder's meeting on May 16, 2025. A cash dividend of CNY 0.4 per share (CNY 4.0 per 10 shares), amounting to a total distribution of approximately CNY 5.9 billion, will be paid to shareholders. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders listed on the registry of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch after the market closes on June 27, 2025. The ex-dividend date is set for June 30, 2025.
