GCL Energy's controlling shareholder to transfer 5.92% stake

GCL Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002015) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Qichen Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., intends to transfer 96,130,000 shares, representing 5.92% of the company's total share capital, to Zhejiang Golden Key Asset Management Co., Ltd., acting on behalf of the "Golden Key Desheng No. 1 Private Equity Investment Fund," via a transfer agreement. The transfer price is set at CNY 10.17 per share, valuing the transaction at CNY 977,642,100.00 before tax.
