Firstar panel elects director, appoints deputy general manager

Zhejiang Firstar Panel Technology announced the supplemental election of Chen Wenwu as a non-independent director, following the resignation of Deng Guoyin. The board approved the appointment during its 20th meeting of the fifth session, with Chen's term commencing upon shareholder approval and lasting until the expiry of the current board term. Concurrently, the board also appointed Chen Wenwu as Deputy General Manager. These appointments aim to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company's governance and management structures. The board affirmed that the composition adheres to regulatory requirements, maintaining at least one-third independent directors and limiting the number of executive directors.
