Dahua Technology completes subsidiary equity transfer

Zhejiang Dahua Technology (SZSE:002236) announced that it has completed the equity transfer of its 32.7321% stake in its subsidiary, Hangzhou Huacheng Network Technology, to Shanghai Zhicheng Technology. The original agreement, approved on March 3, 2025, involved transferring the equity, corresponding to a capital contribution of CNY 25.5 million, for a consideration of CNY 71,683,29. The transfer has been completed with the registration of changes with the Hangzhou Hi-Tech Zone (Binjiang) Market Supervision Administration. Following the completion of this transaction, Dahua Technology no longer holds equity in Huacheng Network, and Huacheng Network will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
