China Tianying's main shareholder adjusts share pledge status

China Tianying Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000035) announced that its controlling shareholder, Nantong Qianchuang Investment Co., Ltd., has completed the release of 2,580,000 shares from pledge, representing 6.12% of its holdings and 1.03% of the company's total share capital. Simultaneously, Nantong Qianchuang has pledged 3,628,000 shares, accounting for 8.61% of its holdings and 1.45% of China Tianying's total share capital.
