China Resources Sanjiu announces departure of senior vice president

China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical (SZSE:000999) announced the resignation of Senior Vice President Huang Xianfeng, effective June 24, 2025. According to the official statement, Huang's departure from the VP role is due to job adjustments. While stepping down from his position as Senior Vice President, Huang Xianfeng will continue to serve the company as a full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. His original term was scheduled to end with the expiration of the ninth board of directors. The company confirmed that Huang Xianfeng does not hold any shares in China Resources Sanjiu. The board of directors expressed their sincere appreciation for Huang Xianfeng's contributions to the company during his tenure as Vice President.
