China Railway Materials announces 2024 dividend distribution

China Railway Materials Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000927) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholders' meeting on June 16, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY0.27 (tax included) for every 10 shares held, based on a total share capital of 6,050,353,641 shares as of December 31, 2024. The equity registration date is set for June 26, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on June 27, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be distributed through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch, while certain A-share shareholders will receive cash dividends directly from the company.
