Bank of Suzhou supervisor Meng Weiyuan resigns

Bank of Suzhou announced today that supervisor Meng Weiyuan has resigned from his position, effective June 27, 2025, due to work adjustments. According to the announcement [No. 2025-062], Meng Weiyuan will no longer hold any position within the bank or its subsidiaries following his resignation. As of the announcement date, Meng Weiyuan does not hold any shares in the Bank of Suzhou. The Bank of Suzhou's supervisory board confirmed that Meng Weiyuan has no disagreements with the board and there are no matters related to his resignation that need to be communicated to the bank's shareholders or creditors.
