Zhongfu Straits Pingtan sets date for 2024 AGM

Zhongfu Straits Pingtan Development (SZSE:000592) has announced that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on June 26, 2025, at the World Gold Dragon Building in Fuzhou. Shareholders will be able to participate in person or remotely via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and online voting platform. Key proposals include reviewing the 2024 board and supervisory reports, financial statements, annual report, and a profit distribution plan. Shareholders will also vote on the re-appointment of the accounting firm, the allocation of remaining funds from closed projects to working capital, and a three-year shareholder return plan (2025-2027). The company's share register will be closed on June 17, 2025. Proposals 1, 3 to 8 were approved by the board of directors at the first meeting of 2025 and proposal 2 was approved by the board of supervisors in the first meeting of 2025.
