New Hope Dairy [SZSE:002946] announced the completion of the share exchange related to the non-publicly issued exchangeable corporate bonds ("23 新乳 EB") by its shareholder, New Hope Investment Group. The exchange period concluded on June 13, 2025, with a total of 36,115,471 shares exchanged, representing 4.20% of the company's total share capital. This activity resulted in New Hope Investment Group and its affiliates reducing their total shareholding from 80.68% to 76.48%.
