Ganfeng Lithium (SZSE:002460) announced the completion of the cancellation of remaining stock options from its 2021 stock option incentive plan. The decision, approved at the company's sixth board meeting on June 11, 2025, involves the cancellation of 5,162,150 unexercised stock options from the third exercise period. Additionally, 5,162,150 stock options from the fourth exercise period, which did not meet the company's performance targets, were also cancelled.
