Valin Steel announces CNY 0.10 cash dividend per share

Hunan Valin Steel (SZSE:000932) has announced the implementation of its 2024 equity distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting held on May 20, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.10 per share (tax inclusive) to all shareholders, excluding shares held in the company's repurchase account. The total number of shares eligible for distribution is 6,866,571,020, after deducting the 42,061,479 repurchased shares. The total cash dividend payout will amount to CNY 686,657,102.00. The equity registration date is set for June 26, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 27, 2025.
